这个题好象是天山里的某一道，但是似乎没有讨论过．哎，看来我的水平那个差哟．．．
题目意思我大概是了解的，似乎好象是说一公司里当官的都尽量避免用头衔，因为考虑到会阻碍与下属的沟通，对内部管理不利（第一个黑脸出现了！），但是由于公司以外的人会更尊重有头衔的人，因此使用头衔会更有利于公司的外交（第二个黑脸）．因此更折中的考虑是对外使用头衔，对内不使用头衔（这个应该是个strategy吧？）
答案是第二个，我简直没有办法理解，怎么可能前面的是反对，后面的是支持？？？我怎么觉得这个战略正是基于这两点的考虑呢．．．．我觉得哪个都不象答案．．．
