timing of DUKE alumni interview

I got a email from DUKE adcom instructing me to contact a local alumni here for an interview.

My question is what is the best timing of alumni interview ?

In the email it is mentioned that the interview need to be completed by Dec 4th.However, is the alumni interview the sooner the better ? For example, if I have to schedule the interview 2 weeks away from now to late November, will it be to my disadvantage ? I presume my application will not be under review before the alumni interview report is attached to it?

I will trying to find a balance between my interview preparation and best interview timing.

Let me know what is your advice, guys, if I have to I will rush on the preparation and schedule the interview this week.

one more thing, about Chinese MBA in Duke

Is it easy for a Chinese to land a job and stay in US after graduation? especially for marketing guys.

I am asking this question because I have heard a lot of cases about DUKE Chinese MBA have to come back to China and ended up a job with not-so-decent pay, the salary number is almost insane to me.

no offence man, I admire DUKE, especially its brand management course a lot, I just worried about the future for Chinese.
