CEIBS Full-time RA Job Opening
CEIBS was the first business school on the Chinese mainland to be accredited by both EQUIS and AACSB. Currently, there are 83 faculty at CEIBS. From 2018 to 2022, a total of nearly 536 cases have been developed and 550 papers have been published, including 120 articles in the core journals of the Financial Times (FT) and 41 articles in A* Publications.
Research staff have played an invaluable role at CEIBS over the years as the school continues to boost its research capabilities. Many later go to pursue PhD programmes at top-tier schools, with about 26 enrolled over the past 2 years.

Job Responsibilities: Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following: 1.Summarize, draft, and edit a range of content including case studies, white papers, media articles, and other academic or professional documentation. 2.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using various methodologies, which includes designing surveys, experimental methodologies, and leveraging data mining techniques. 3.Assist in teaching activities, including material preparation, pre- and on-course data analysis and presentation, and grading. 4.Engage in cross-departmental collaboration,ensuring clarity, coherence, and excellence in all outputs. 5.General administrative tasks, including budgeting, correspondence, etc.
Job Requirements: 1) A graduate with a Master's or Ph.D. in organizational behavior, human resource management, socialstatistics, business strategy, sociology, or psychology. Candidates from other academic disciplines may also be considered. 2) Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with exemplary reading and writing skills. Submission of writing samples is mandatory. Prior experience in case study authoring, white paperdrafting, media article writing, and book editing is highly desirable. 3) Strong analytical thinking paired with a deep intellectual curiosity. Proven experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, encompassing survey creation, experimental design, and data mining techniques. 4) Excellent interpersonal aptitude and professional maturity, particularly in collaborative work place settings. 5) Should be available to commit for at least 2-3 years
