北京时间4月5号晚9点，与AO Tracy Keeling的Skype视频interview，中间因为信号不好断过2次，不过看起来貌似不影响AO的情绪以及conversation的流畅性。。。。
Tracy Keeling是个非常directly的人，会在面试前告诉你大概有哪几类问题会问到你，如果准备好了就直接开始了，没什么废话
不是blind interview，上来就说啊你现在是XXX工作，那你大概给我说一下你的工作经历吧，并不是常规的self introduction或者go through resume
之后的问题是：
1. whats your biggest challenge in your career, how did you do with it
2. short term和long term career goal
3. why now
4. why Carlson（大家一定要好好dig官网，说的很细对school很了解的话她会有一丢丢开心的反应。。。）
5. have you applied for any other B-school? which one?
6. If all the schools accept you, which one will you choose and why（送分题。。。）
7. what role do you think you will take in a team
8. what makes you become this professional（个人感觉这题是让回答是什么技能或spirit支持你在当下的career上走到今天的。。。）
9. whats your plan B if you didnt achieve your short term career goal
10. have you ever meet any conflict in team work
11. whats your biggest weakness
12. have you ever get any constructive criticism
13. presentation: 给interviewer1分钟的准备时间，两分钟的presentation时间，随便讲一个topic，如果你想不出来topic，AO会给你提供一个14. any questions for AO
整个面试过程持续了45min，基本上跟通知我interview的email里说的duration一致
面试结束！给后来的小伙伴们放面筋攒rp喽！
