210.Is the hundredths digit of the decimal d greater that 5?

(1) the tenth digit of 10d is 7;

(2) the thousandths digit of d/10 is 7.

又被搅晕了，是十分位，还是小数的十分位啊，晕，我自己都说不明白

是指小数点后面的十分位

一般有 th结尾的都是指小数点后面的．．．

多谢，那units digit那？tenths digit应该是小数点后第一位了？那units digit往哪放啊。。。。

unit：The number immediately to the left of the decimal point in the Arabic numeral system.
个位：在阿拉伯数字系统中紧靠在小数点左边的数字
