我搞不懂为什么B是正确答案，B说下午犯得罪比较小比较轻，也不能说明能够减少担忧啊，反而是加强说“确实下午有罪，虽然比较小。（我的理解）”，也不能说明晚上那个就起作用了啊？有可能起作用了（晚上有犯罪）也可能没作用（晚上无犯罪），但是这取决于晚上是否有犯罪现象，而从B选项和原文来看都是得不到这个信息的。
所以我就很迷茫了，求助啊NN们~
