it is in accord with what the question say: some self-centered parents are also good parents

这个推理，我认为有问题，应该是good parent>> good listener.如果按楼上的推理，A是对的。
E肯定错，因为题目中没有数量上的比较。

good parent= some generous +some self-center. good parent>> good listener.

Most parents who are generous 这句话是说：generous的parent 大部分是good parent. 而不是most good parent是GENEROUS。
