any good school for HR

Our oss need a professional HR, but unwilling to hire one outside the company.

So he plans to select one of staff to the posision and sent him study MBA outside.

I wonder which B-school is better in HR management?

I cant recall any MBA programs that have a strong focus on HR. I might be wrong on this.

But if you want to obtain a MS in HR, Cornell is certainly one of the best choices.

以前偶们的公司（做管理培训的）跟MICHIGAN ROSS有合作关系，请的几位HR方面的教授都还不错。

另外在BW上看到MICHIGAN在organizational behavior方面也是强项，可以参考下。
