大概意思是，一个national drugstore chain想要在A城开3家店。之前有两个rival试图和local drugstore Kirby Drug抢市场，但是失败了。我们公司的策略是进攻Kirby by openning 3 locations near their current locations. 因为我们公司可以拿到很好的pricing on national brand drugs,我们可以抢走Kirby Drug's current customers and become the leading drugstore in A城。
1. 不知到客源多少用national brand drugs, 是否足够盈利and become the leading drugstore- dubious assumption
2. why did the other two competitors fail? As national chains, they probably had the same low pricings on national brand drugs.
