请问这道题为什么要选B啊？

这个假设好像不太严谨，我是把削弱项否定可以选出，也就是狒狒所说的not+weaken,B去掉not是personal service by sales personnel is required for selling children’s clothes successfully.削弱了结论的可行性。可是结论并没有说明这个方案可行，所以我认为它不太严谨。
