个人观点：有让步的不同意

1）尽管做公共服务会让社会人与人的关系更加和谐等好的方面

2）不能强制说所有的人都应该做定量的社会公益工作，社会分工不同，有的人有时间去做，有的人没有时间去做。应该建立在自愿的基础上。

3）如果过多地public service 都被人们做了，那么有很多从事与此行业的人失去工作，造成一些社会问题。

这样会不会和ets的理念相违背呢？请教nn们。
