大家好，我是一个本科刚毕业的，我看了这个论坛里的很多帖子，觉得有很多大牛，大家的状况好像都不错，

我想问现在我21岁，如果我想26-27的时候有机会去一流的商学院现在应该从哪些方面努力呢？是不是一定要进大公司，或则哪一类的公司、工作对申请有帮助，很多人说在大公司就是海里的一滴水，很难出头的，可是小公司也没什么前途，我在这方面没什么经验，好像不知道该怎么设计自己的职业生涯，现在极度困惑中，刚毕业，好像看不到特别明确的路。各位大人讲讲吧，先拜谢了！

还有就是，念mba的人大部分是自费还是奖学金？是不是要早计划早存钱。

Figure out your interest and have passion in the things you are doing. Be patient and step by step.  No matter what you do, put int effort,  take routine work serious and don't assume it is not challenging enough. Then  gold will alway shine!

whichever industry you will work for, you must know where your uniquenesses come from.

just as rumours fly around, working in a big industry (IT, finance,engineering) will actually make it even harder for you to excel and to set you apart from the majority.

so besides your fundamental qualities, you better have to sell your distinguish parts that few of your competitors could find in common to those critical adcoms.
