Hello there,
I think maybe you want too many things at once that go into different directions. The way it usually works is that the schools that offer the best chances for getting great jobs are higher ranked and more expensive. And the schools that are lower ranked, are less good at that (which is why they are in part, lower ranked).
In general, my advice would be usually to go to as good a school as you can get into.
