申请Duke 2018 EMBA 给了我GMAT waiver

大家好，第一次在这里发帖，我是美本，美研究生，在美医学影像专业工作十年，申请EMBA，看过了简历和成绩单之后，Duke给了我GMAT waiver，下礼拜面试，他们这个面试和申请可以同时进行，不是一个决定另一个。想问问还有没有人也有过类似收到waiver经历的？是不是能说明他们对我还是比较感兴趣的呢？谢谢大家！

NYU EMBA 也是不需要GMAT的，两周后面试。实在没整过这些商学院的事儿，心里没底啊。

Hi there! Congrats on the interview invitation! And, yes! If a school offers to invite you to interview, it definitely means they like you! The GMAT waiver is because you did your undergraduate and graduate studies in English, so they know you've got a handle on the language. The interview means they like what they read in your application and they want to know more... and that's a GREAT thing! Of course, an interview does NOT mean an admit, so don't try and coast through that. Prepare well for that interview. Practice, practice, practice. And make sure you've got your stories ready so you can highlight yourself well, no matter what questions they ask you. GOOD LUCK!
