What do you like the most about your current company? Short term and long term goal Why Kellogg? What do you do for fun? If there is anything else you want to address? (我补充了why MBA now，因为我入学工作只有3年)

(我觉得问这题的原因是Cornell很偏僻，不适合所有人，所以我说我喜欢户外活动，Johnson适合我) What do you like about your current job, what do you don't like Tell me three things you want to share with the Admission committee Based on your experience, what is the biggest challenge for Chinese students studying at Johnson （这题是Kim在最后问的，因为看到我美本的经历）
SOM

on campus, 我个人很喜欢SOM 的 interview super day，当天应该有100 个学生 有日本ministry of finance工作的， 投行，能源，演员，HR analytics，Data scientist，Design consulting。 背景非常diverse 都是大牛， 我都怀疑为什么我能拿到interview 除了面试，还有campus tour， Dean Synder 一个小时的演讲，一节课。 Dean 非常有魅力，听完绝对会对SOM 加分 面官是2年级学生， 跟我背景其实没什么关系 SOM 的motto 是educating leaders for business and society. 学生都很认真看待这个motto，尤其是 for society这一方面

Why now? （我说我需要marketing skills， 然后他问了follow up question: Have you tried learning marketing skills elsewhere） Tell me about an achievement that means most significant to you? (注意这里问的是means most significant to you， 跟biggest achievement有一点区别) Tell me about a failure. What have you learned and can you apply what you learned in other areas? How can you contribute to the Yale community? What else ? (我说了Why Yale。 这是我准备时候最久的问题，结果没问) Why did you choose your quote? (面试前yale 会问你要 一个quote) Do you have any questions? (他是一个club的leader， 我问了一下他club 的活动)
