答案是B。OG的解释是:
B Correct. Multistory buildings provide a greater area o f floor space for a given site area, and in that senseare more economical. A single-story building w ith the same floor space w ill occupy a much bigger site, sothe higher the land values, the more likely it is that a m ultistory building w ill be b uilt on that land. Thus,given this information, bamboo is less suitable for areas where land values are high.

解释很好理解，竹子不适合高层建筑，而高层建筑在地价高的地方更经济。但是我记得我在不少地方都看到说，题目中没出现的就当自己都不知道。但很明显这里题目中根本没提到高层建筑。遇到类似的情况，我是该让自己“知道”呢，还是“装傻”不知道呢？

我觉得这个问题很难有一个确切的答案。有些时候是common sense，有些时候是assumption。但每个人的knowledge base又都不一样，对于你的common sense可能对于我来说就是一个assumption。所以我觉得做题的时候，不用刻意‘装傻’，你自己觉得是common sense的事情就不用过多考虑，也没有时间让你过多考虑。如果做错了，嗨，你和别人不一样，很多时候这也是一件好事儿。
