申请Accounting 的Phd, 想问PS写作中要注意哪些地方？什么地方可以找到sample?
申博士的Ps应该和Master的不同吧？

其实ps没啥用，我面试的很多学校明显感觉ps是没有被看过的。当然也有个别认真的面试老师会看。
你可以去搜搜dandanapple的“大家有没有发现学校审材料很不认真”那个帖。

I think it is true that people sometimes do not read your ps closely but you should still take it seriously. Basically articulate well and explain why you want to apply for an accounting phd, what makes you think you would succeed in the future, etc. Good luck!
