皮尔森考试中心发邮件说由于“不可预见的情况”我预定的考试取消？

坐标新加坡，今天下午两点收到邮件如下：

This email is regarding your upcoming GMAT Graduate Management Admission Test which is on ------------ . We were informed that the test center (Pearson Professional Centers-Singapore) will not be able to deliver your exam due to some unforeseen circumstances. Please contact Pearson VUE at http://home.pearsonvue.com/Contact-Us.aspx and they will assist you to reschedule the exam appointment at no cost. Please be sure to have your appointment number or the order number (mentioned in the confirmation email) handy. Due to security reasons, we will not be able to schedule your exam through the exchange of emails.The incident number would be 208153539.

不知道新加坡的考场是什么鬼，不可预见的情况又指啥（又不办g20略略略）。请问如果要重新预约考试时间需要怎么操作？可是我是算好复习时间报名的啊。。现在9月下旬新加坡已经没有考场了...他们会加考位还是你只能在现有剩下的考位里选？

邮件里的链接点进去就是mba官网的客服界面…这也太不智能了还得自己重新跟他们说我的考试被取消了？

不造有木有童鞋遇到过这种情况~若有的话希望能分享一下~谢谢！
