咨询offer比较-Monitor DC VS LEK

楼主现在手头有两个offer，都是在SH office，一个是LEK ，一个是DC Monitor。

我目前的职业规划是咨询-MBA-咨询，对于Travel和起步阶段的pay并不在意，但对Working hour在乎。

DC Monitor目前的人员配置感觉都是从DC US和其他Tier 2 转过来的，感觉上整条line的动荡还在继续，对于现下monitor是不是还保持着很好的声誉有点担心。还有一点就是，国内四大的氛围不知道对Monitor有没有大影响。DC的优势在于面试的时候感觉consultant都非常Smart，观感非常好。在大中华区也很有野心，DC US的口碑直逼MBB，未来前景也许不错。

LEK 优势在travel少，团队氛围应该不错。LEK的国际项目SWAP也非常不错，有机会去海外工作。而且面试的时候感觉团队主要都是Local Team，应该在本土化上做的不错。缺点可能是DD Case多带来的Long Hour，以及战略咨询大环境下mid-size存活不易。

希望有经验有意见的大神，小伙伴们都能冒个泡，修正完善我目前的信息呀~

but some US biz school put DC china and DC US at totally different postions

I heared that DC Monitor China is a start up rather than a mature consulting firm. I believe it is a strong competitor in global market. But reputation in Asia is quite important. I am worrying about the differences between dc and dc china.

DC 在中国市场也很有优势吗？因为考虑MBA，Branding还蛮看重的

DC is competing directly with MBB. If a MBB manager/principle lose a RFP to DC, nobody will have hard time. But if they lose any single proposal to RB, L.E.K. then they are in deep trouble.

DC brand is stronger than L.E.K. globally (including U.S.), Aus and U.K. are the only two market with exception I guess.

Monitor DC for sure. LEK is famous for its long hour work, while the salary, reputation and exit options are simililar for these two practice
