请问为什么选d 原文的推理是因为四分之三的医院给病人用这种药，所以当你想用最有效的止痛药的时候选Novex。
可是d只是说这种药是可以不通过医生的，怎么seriously undermines the advertisement’ argument?
原文已经承认药在医院卖了，d也没有说医院不能卖这种药啊，难道是通过削弱前提来undermines the advertisement’ argument?

有效的话应该是医生推荐，医生开的药。如果要不是医生开的，使病人自己买的，数量多久不能说明有效

医院的药房可以直接卖药（在中国叫非处方药），那些药可以不是医生开的。
