1. What motivate you to decide to pursue an MBA at this point of time?
2. Think about a big problem or project that you had to break down in order to solve or accomplish it. Describe the problem or project and how you handled it.
3. The primary mission of attending college or university is to prepare students in the workplace.

用的是iphone application，出错了一次，最后一题没出来。后来退出后重新录了1,2. 相当于做了2次。不过1,2题都是一样的。

video essay之后还会有一对一的面试邀请吗？还是直接等同于面试？
