首先对题干进行一个拆解：
Facts:
1. 米开朗琪罗画中的人拿着一个1507年以后才有的硬币
2. 米开朗琪罗画中包含一种颜料，而这种颜料1509年以后，他就不用了
conclusion:
1. 由fact 1 推出这个画是1507年以后完成的
2. 由fact 2 推出这个画是1509年以前完成的

A 选项“1509年以后就找不到这个颜料了”，唯一能推出的结论是米开朗琪罗开始作画的时间是早于1509年的，但是不能推出这幅画完成的时间是1509年，所以是一个无关的选项。或者用assumption的常见解题方法，取非以后看能否weaken. A 取非以后是：“1509年以后还是可以找到这个颜料”，可是so what? 题干中已经提到，1509年以后米开朗琪罗就不用这个颜料了，这个事实与这个颜料还买不买得到无关。因此A是一个无关的选项。希望可以解释清楚：）

楼上正解。
补充一下：
我们说的每一句话其实都包含着N多个Assumptions。比如：我给你讲题，你听懂了。这句话包含的假设有：
1. “我”可以讲你能听懂的语言
2. 我有沟通的能力
3. 你有理解的能力
4. 你有听力
5. 我有把题做对的能力

一句简单的话就已经有这么多个assumptions了。

这题A也可以是assumption，但不是填补前提和结论之间的gap那个assumption。
比如：
安倍是日本人，那么安培一定是个死变态。

这题我说：安培是人。是不是assumption？一定是。但是这题填补前提和结论之间gap的assumption是什么？日本人都是死变态。
