Actually, SJSU require all the international applicant to finish the WES transcript evaluation for their applications. This requirement can be seen at the website of this university (http://www.sjsu.edu/gape/prospective_students/international/)And, some other universities also have the same requirement as the SJSU. So, the saying "No school require your WES transcript" is not correct.
