从文章总体看来，broadcastmedia应该是对theEwha women's studies program持“负”态度的，为什么选（C)newsworthy呢？我选的是（B)

既然是debate,因此表明广播的态度并没有正面和负面的明确态度，而且原文里只有在这个部分提到broadcasting,就算是排除也只能选这个了。

而且文章里没有明显的负面态度，开始说的是founder对无论是对此反对者和支持者的意见都不赞同，后面着重说的是如何不赞同，包括西方的东西如何不适应亚洲的环境等等。（印象里如此）

这里有一些误会了，对该项目负评的是那些在broadcast debates中critics的态度，而不代表媒体对该项目的态度。

文中对应的媒体态度应该如下：

这段话说的是该项目受到公众的广泛关注，（以致于）进行了电视的辩论会，说明媒体认为该项目是newsworthy的。
