为啥B,没错呢，后面的city请帮忙解释一下。谢谢！

neighborhood 没加冠词它是可数的

any other 后跟单数复数都可以

->eighborhoods,因为前面是a collection of

units from the collection just can't be singular when refering to the units of the collection itself.
