是Skype (Elaine Padilla) 比較特別的是非blind interview 她是adcom且已熟讀過resume/essays，所以不需要跟她過resume，也不需要再重覆career goal，她直接單刀直入問她不懂的地方，並做上註解

1. Why marshall?
2. What do you want to get in Marshall MBA?
3. How do you think Marshall MBA could help you achieve your career goal?
4. Tell me about your most recent job. How do you find this job? What is your position? What do you think you can bring to this position? What is the most difficult part in your position?
5. If you are in Marshall MBA, you will meet a lot of people and study with them. How do you think you can work with them well?
6. Tell me about your leadership experience. What is the most difficult part?
7. Your undergraduate major is in banking. How do you think this degree can help you in your career?
