Wastime, 面试是blind，考官主要看resume来提问，常规问题：介绍一下你们公司，你的主要业务职责，leadership story来一个，finance是如何考虑的，对case study的理解，why mba等等。好好准备即可，我觉得关键是气氛，一定要让整个面试过程很轻松流畅，对考官闲聊的话一定要有回应，感觉象朋友聊天就对了，不要搞成机械式的一问一答。另，有一个现象，考官偶尔会打断你的话，不让你按照预先想好的东西长篇大论下去，应该有心里准备，放松点。
