题的问法很特殊 题的选项是我们常做的原文 而本题的文章应该是一般题目中可以weaken的选项

A 长期居于此的动物会挖洞 而当洞穴坍塌时上层物会掉到下层

  也就是说下层有的东西比上层的年代久 而文中大意是说中层中发现但底层没有而中层有 也就削弱了A的

  说法

C 中层中发现但底层没有而中层有3是无法削弱下层存在中层物3的碎片 当然也没有在加强 文章对这个选

   项是无关的

不好意思不是nn。这道题确实有些晕。俺的基本思路是这样子滴：考古学家通过判断土层中包含的物品来定位特定年代形成的土层。那最能削弱的方法就是证明土层中包含哪个年代的物品并不能表示该土层的年代。俺还没看其他选项就觉得A是最佳选择了。C只能说明lower layer的石头在middle layer的时候被用上了。这是很正常的规律没看出能够怎么削弱证据啊？个人意见

如果不考虑沙鼠的因素，那么发现这个type 3 pottery就意味着那个土层的年代要么和这个pottery的年代一样，要么更晚。基于这个假设的话，考古学家就会认为这个土层形成晚于比那个被毁灭的古城的年代，从而会认为下层土层才有可能是跟那古城同年代。但一加入沙鼠这个因素，他们的推测体系就不成立了。
