如题，申请JHU 2014fall的MSF需要邮寄成绩单吗？online application上面也有扫描件的提交，但是网页上又有这么一段话，所以到底要不要邮寄呢！！！
Application Requirements for All ProgramsOfficial Transcripts from all U.S. or Canadian schools only must be sent electronically. Please use Scrip-Safe (http://www.scrip-safe.com ) or Docufide (https://exchange.parchment.com ) to submit your official transcripts. Please note that transcripts are required regardless of number of credits taken or if the credits were transferred to another school. An admission decision may be delayed if you do not send transcripts from all colleges/universities attended.
If your school does not participate in the electronic transcript submission process, only then may you send official sealed transcripts to the address below:
