The new Axis Starlight, Axis Auto's flagship electric-gas hybrid automobile, is considered so efficient by Axis that the company plans to sell the Starlight to consumers for no payment other than the difference between what the consumer paid for gasoline for the past three years of driving their previous vehicle and what they will pay for gasoline while driving the Starlight for the next three years. Consumers will make an initial downpayment, and then pay any remaining fees after fuel costs have been assessed at the end of the three year period.
that 后面出现other than what 后完全不知所云菜鸟求帮助！！！

就第一个长句子最难，主句是The new Axis Starlight is so efficient that...。so...that结构，太...以至于...。主要是that后面，主语是company,谓语是plans to sell。for引导的原因状语从句，不用支付额外的钱除了付the difference(差价），the difference between A and B. A就是文中的what the consumer paid for gasoline for the past three years of driving their previous vehicle（消费者在过去三年所支付的汽油费），B就是文中的 what they will pay for gasoline while driving the Starlight for the next three years（在今后三年消费者所支付的汽油费）。简单来说就是消费者只用支付今后三年汽油费和之前三年汽油费之差就行。答案应该和汽油的费用有关，如果是削弱的话就是汽油价格大涨，导致汽油费用之差很大。
