A leader of a group is to manage members of the group 明明是group members，为什么要members of the group啊and complete tasks of the group, and enjoy the same relating rights as a common member. Whether it is better to be a member of a group than to be a leader of a group or not? In my point of view, to be a leader is better than to be a member of a group.

The first reason for my propensity这个词到底什么意思啊， 怎么大家都用这个啊 is that a leader can get the satisfaction from dealing with various challenging tasks and improve personal abilities and skills such as the abilities of leadership and making a decision, and the skills of communication and negotiation.

The second reason is that being a leader is an opportunity to exploit his talents and potential and thus to win the respect and trust of the members of the group. In the same time, being a leader has more chances to deal with all kinds of people, get along with them, and also win a pool of friends, who maybe of special importance for his or her future.

The third reason is that being a leader can earn more money than being a member. Then, we can make ourselves live in material well-being life, enjoy beautiful scenes and travel around the world.

However, some people consider that a leader must shoulder some responsibilities and spend plenty of time in daily affairs. And to them, all these obligations are kind of a burden, which influences their home life. But, when comparing with the beneficial factors mentioned above, we can safely say that being a leader is better than being a member of a group.
