求问工作经验怎么算以及一年工作经验申MBA合适么？

LZ双非学校（一本）出身，ACCA专业。。。今年6月毕业 G720 作文5 IR6 雅思7.5 水论文一篇 GPA86点几吧

工作是陆家嘴一家金融服务公司（NYSE上市）的投资者关系部门和CFO助理

算工作经验是算到入学的时候吗？还有拿一年的工作经验去申请合适吗？

算法是对的但是一般来说工作经历要求至少2年三年才是比较有竞争力

我主要考虑女孩子。。。过两年不是正要考虑结婚什么的时候。。。只有一年的话对申请影响很大吗？

差别巨大工作经验少的话考虑master吧出去了嫁人也挺好

Thanks for dropping by.
First of all, it sounds like things are going great for you. Assistant to the CFO!
Your work experience of course counts for your eventual MBA application, and to apply you will need at least THREE years experience. Don't rush things, my friend. MBAs are designed for experienced students and you will only learn more when you go knowing more. So I'd say, do as good as you can over the next years, make sure you pick up some volunteer work along the way, and apply in two years with your awesome experience.

Hi Jon,Thanks very much for your kind reminder.I just feel powerless to be an investor relation associate.Perhaps that I just graduated is one of the reasons.Do I need to apply a master of finance ?Or working as an IR for two or three years and pushing for an MBA is a better choice?
