Management consulting giant Accenture is in talks to acquire rival Booz & Co., The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, in a move that would expand Accenture's strategy and operations consulting.
This year alone, Accenture has already moved to snap up London-based global service design consultancy Fjord, digital marketing company Acquity Group, as well as Mortgage Cadence, a loan origination software company.
Representatives for the firm declined to comment, the Journal reported.
