原文意思：1.许多企业用机器代替人为了省钱；2.失业人群需要政府补助；3.政府通过税金等让企业承担。
A. 工人失业后无法找到新工作，从而达到失业状态。从而串联原文。

我还是不清楚题目说加强作者的argument，那具体加强的是原文哪一部分啊？还是没有转过来

具体加强however后面的部分。原文第一句是说企业为了省钱，然后就在解释其实不省钱
