小弟不才，斗胆请假GGJJ一个问题关于HBS

What do you wish the MBA Admissions Board had asked you? (400-word limit)

This is the sixth essay question of HBS. I am little confused about what it says. Does it asked about how you expect adcom will ask you in the future, say interview? If so, why it contain the phrase 'had asked'?  Or it tries to figure out what you have been asked, if so, why it contains the phrase 'do you wish'
