求助：关于I-20上的入学时间

请问各位大虾，我的I-20关于入学时间，只有一句：The student is expected to report the school no later than 08/27/2014 and complete studies not later than 08/31/2020.请问08/27/2014是不是就是规定入学时间？我去面签的话只能以08/27/2014提前120天（也就是04/30/2014）？因为我们的开学典礼时间是08/17/2014，我觉得我规定的入学时间应该是08/17/2014才对。。。

US embassy官网的QA中有答案（http://www.ustraveldocs.com/cn/cn-gen-faq.asp#qlistfandm):
Q.2 How early should I apply for my student visa?
You are encouraged to apply for your nonimmigrant student visa as soon as you have your I-20. To ensure you get an early and timely date you may apply at anytime. However, a student visa may be issued no more than 120 days prior to the start date mentioned on your I-20.

Q.3 I received my visa, when should I travel?
For your initial entry, you may only enter the United States within 30 days of the beginning of the course of study stated on your I-20, regardless of when your visa was issued.

谢谢，看来是以I-20为准了，还是到五一期间去北京办签证了。。。
