我选项的是A，答案是D。 查看BG的解释是因为：flames spreading和making不平行，making应该和causing平行。我的理解是：可不可以是ignition和flames spreading平行的？ spreading这里做名词？是不是一定有这种说法，当一个动词如spread能表示名词的含义的时候就不能用其动名词形式spreading；如果是看绝对的平行，making something and causing to do 是不是也不是很好？
2. A majority of the internationaljournalists surveyed view nuclear power stations as unsafe at present but thatthey will, or could, be made sufficiently safe in the future. (A) that theywill, or could, (B) that theywould, or could, (C) they will beor could (D)think that they will be or could（D） (E) think the power stations would or could
A,B,C的they的指代有明显的问题，排除；那么E是错在哪里呢？
