文章中说了两种说法都对，但是要是选B感觉就矛盾啊，因为报道中说在S地住的游客比H地的多，要是加上答案B的话就可以理解为：在S第RA旅店住的游客比H地住的游客多。但是A brochure中又说了RA中的游客不如H地的最大酒店住的游客多，这不是矛盾吗？？

要两个都成立,

 单位X数量 = 总量.....

 单位人数少, 那么要使总量多, 所以, 数量要多, 就是说, S 中除了R 至少还有别的酒店.
