在国外论坛OG不能合法的被讨论吗

我看到在国外的论坛上，如manhattan，OG上的题目不能被贴出来。

还看到有导师说“I'm going to have to use other examples here, because this is an OG question and I can't discuss it directly. ” 当导师在解释的时候，连上面的错误选项都不能直接引用吗

不是很明白其中的缘由。
