MonthlyCWC and OPCF analysis, reporting, forecasting and budgeting. Play active rolein finance teams and initiatives. Create  / Improve / Maintain processesand operating mechanisms in Zone headquarter & in field. Deliver plannedand ad hoc analysis and recommendations to business leaders to support theirdecision making. Play active role in improving and expanding our financialplanning and analysis capabilities.

l  Drivestandardization across China with current different system and dataavailability

l  Currentdata quality and visibility

l  Differentreporting process

l  Managemonthly performance report and analysis, prepare presentation materials forLegal Entities/ Mancom/GHQ at various levels. Develop / Maintain / Improveprocess and analysis capabilities;

l  Drive andstandardize reporting process, data management, monthly routine and governance;

l  Targets/KPITracking and Monitoring;

l  OPCFmonthly Tracking and monitoring

l  Deepanalyze on CWC

l  LeadRoutine Management process for BBP department;

l  Ad-hocanalysis/projects
