Okay, the first thing I can tell you is: DON'T apply Round three! Why? Because you have a good profile, but it is not necessarily strong enough for round three. And if you apply R3 and don't get accepted, not enough time has passed to reapply next year, because little will have changed. Also, you have very little work experience for an MBA program, and waiting will be one of the best things you can do. Applying Round 3 is a little bit like shooting yourself in the foot. And it's a shame, because you have a very good GMAT and a great GPA, and with your Green Card in hand, and your US experience, you seem to be a strong candidate.
Now, I don't really have enough information for you to tell you your scope - I'd need to know where you graduated from, in what program, what your job title is, who you worked for, what your achievements were, more about your volunteer work and your extra curricula's to consider that. So feel free to post all that stuff here, and I will get back to you.
But most importantly: don't rush!!! Take your time to read about the schools. Think NOW about your applications strategy for next year, and don't apply round 3. That's the single best piece of advice I can give you at this time.
