Smith School of Business MS in Business: Finance Admissions Committee, I am delighted to inform you that we have reviewed your application for admission and have forwarded your file to the University of Maryland's central Graduate School with our full recommendation for official admission into the Fall 2013 term! You will also receive separate correspondence from the Graduate School regarding your official admission status to the University of Maryland.

As soon as the Graduate School renders a final admission decision on your application, the Smith School MBA/MS Admissions Office will email you to let you know your official admission status.
Once you are formally admitted, in order to reserve your space in the MSB program, you will be required to submit a non-refundable $1,000 deposit to our office. Your deposit will be credited toward your first semester tuition payment. More information regarding the deposit process will be provided once your formal admission decision is made by the Graduate School.

这个是学院的Rec，AD是由研究生院发出的，这份东西的意思是说你已经经过了学院的录取，但是还需要研究生院的录取。不过楼主别担心，收到这个Rec的基本最后都发AD了...... |
