各位在美国房产界的大牛或者即将进入美国房产界的未来之星们：

请问有没有听说过Grand Canal LLC美国大运公司或者PCI, Inc.公司啊？最近这个美国大运公司到我们公司洽谈投资合作，也在中国全国范围内洽谈合作开办outlets，想请教下到底这个公司到底靠不靠谱，先谢谢大家啦。貌似美国大运公司的母公司PCI, inc.在美国房产界很厉害的，运作过很多成功的商业项目。大运公司的网站是：http://www.grandcanal.us/index.html；目前负责人叫Lee Price，请问大家有听说过吗？相关英文介绍如下：
