If k is a positive integer, is k the square of an integer?

(1) k is divisible by 4.

(2) k is divisible by exactly 4 different prime numbers.

Does it mean K is ONLY divisible by 4 different prime numbers and cannot be divided by other numbers, or just means that K can be divided by 4 different prime numbers and may be divided by other numbers?

when it says exactly, it means it can and only can be divided by 4 prime numbers.
