想问下B选项的正确性，
cost of parking fee本来是个无关的插入概念，然后又说parking使vehicle费用上升，如果再加上进入费，不就更加远远高于take a bus 的费用了么？这样人们会选择bus来节约费用，于是不是支持了mayor的论点么？ 个人感觉这个选项插入了新概念而且还不是一部推理就能达到结论，一般这种选项错的比较多吧，求指教B选项对错和理由，谢谢
另外，如果B是不对的，本来觉得E比较靠谱，但是那个20%成了少数…… |

我去……原来如此……刚开始做题时联想太多，然后每次就算选对了也很耗时，后来发现很多题只关注直接的一层逻辑关系，结果看来是简化过头了……
