正确答案是C。我选的是B，是因为除了D、E是很明显的strengthen，A除了是无关项而且也和实际不符（火车就不需要司机了吗），C是对argument已给出内容进行质疑。排除下来只有B可以选。

OG解释也是说要去找能够challenge原题中定义flying是一种free-wheel systems的选项。正确选项C开头就说“Planes are not a free-wheel system ”。这个不就是对原题中得已列出的premise进行质疑了吗？Weaken题目什么时候是对已给出的内容进行质疑呢？Weaken题目是要去攻击逻辑中的漏洞，即要去从logic gap入手，gap就是原文中没有提到的内容啊。这题我倒觉得更加像是Flaw题型。

Flaw题型给出的argument是有瑕疵的，即给出的premise推不出conclusion，解flaw题就是要去找已给出的premise或者assumption的瑕疵。这不就是本题的情况吗？OG13新出来的CR题型，OG13里第8、100两道新题是flaw题型。

一直觉得CR题型的分类有些多余，但是这么看来，题型还是影响解题思路啊。

看上面B选项，og的官方解释是：a decling in waiting time would seem to promote more articles about accelerator research being written and published, not fewer. 即B选项是在对argument中的一个premise进行质疑。我们要找的是对conclusion进行质疑的选项。

这个和111题的C选项一样的问题啊，不同的是，83题里面B选项是错的，正确答案是E选项！
