Propose an alternative position or solution to the issue or problem and support your viewpoint with specific information. Limit to 750 words.
申的2013 Fall MPA，今年BT的把PS改成了两个Essay，这第二个怎么写啊？？从没遇到过，感觉是个research，应该站在什么角度去写？？？求大牛指导

Hey friend, I have checked its online application system and found there are only two personal statements required for UW-Seattle MPA Program, one is a general statement of purpose, the other is a personal history statement. Where did you got the essay question actually?

这个你交了application fee以后就可以看见页面然后打印下来就可以了

lz，这个题目是和master of accountancy一样的，不过我申的这个只要求二选一，ANSWER ONE ADMISSION ESSAY QUESTION BELOW的哇
