answer is D. puzzling.

前提是The brains of identical twins are genetically identical.
结论是this discovery provides definitive evidence that schizophrenia is caused by damage to the physical structure of the brain.

so you can not say that genetic information alone will determine whether or not someone will develop schizophrenia. the premise is not the cause.

是不是应该是with the disorder呀，另外B选项的那句读不通，是不是应该(B) Medications can control most of the symptoms of schizophrenics share many of the characteristics found in those of people without the disorder把中间那点去掉哦？

得了S病的大脑和没得病的人们（without the disorder就是指没得病的正常人）的大脑有相似的特性。文中完全没提到，我们不能用文中信息去反驳。
所以认为could be true
