！求教！penn state u 没收到申请材料就拒我了？！

这封拒信真是弄得我一头雾水。

先说日期，这封信上的日期显示2月28号（我们和美国只有12小时的时差）。但是我是在中国时间2月28号晚上才进行网申并付费的，3月1号才收到PENN发过来的PSU ID，和网申成功确认邮件，外加一封视频宣传邮件。我的纸质材料通过EMS邮寄，签收日期是当地时间3月2日，但是签收人栏显示WAIVED。更重要的，我的托福成绩是3月初才出来的，2月28号的托福成绩都还没出呢。

也就是说，我的材料还没到（包括网申和纸质材料），他们的拒信就已经发出来了。这封2月28号的拒信里竟然还说了has carefully reviewed your application materials，我的材料都没到，他们仔细审查的是什么呢？

申请之后用PENN STATE的online status inquiry system查询申请状态，一直显示要我联系系里，于是我给 College of the Liberal Arts的Associate Dean for Graduate Studies 写了邮件询问申请状态，始终没有回复。

今天就忽然收到这么一封平信。晕死了~~~

请教一下，有经历过类似情况的朋友吗？

我还需要跟PENN STATE再联系一下吗？这封信上也没有留这个Professor and Department Head的联系方式，College of the Liberal Arts网页上留的联系方式里，跟申请MASTER最靠谱的就是之前发过邮件没回的那个Associate Dean for Graduate Studies了。

完全眩晕中，请大家给点意见吧。多谢各位了！

晕，这样也行。。。。。是不是学校把日期搞错了？还有，这个学校竟然发平信。

我还一直在等这个学校呢。看来是我的拒信寄丢了
