题目的意思是south （oil）每年雇佣1/3的一半，也就是1/6的worker，但是有1/2的population生活在这里。north（toursim）每年雇佣1/3的worker。没有说有多少人口，但是肯定少于或等于1/2，因为这个国家还有其他地区。然后看看选项。

A 北方旅游业要到南方去雇佣工人才够用。但是题目里面没有提到北方旅游业有labour shortage，所以不对。
B 在F这个国家失业的人大部分住在南方。虽然有1/2的人住在南方，而南方的主要产业石油业又只雇佣了1/6的工人，但是并不能说明南方失业的人就多，因为除了石油业还有很多其他产业。石油业只是主要的，但不是全部的。
C 很多在南方工作的人是在石油相关的公司工作，而不是在oil elds工作。和B一样，题目说有1/2的人生活在生活在南方，但是主要产业oil elds只雇佣了1/6 的人，那肯定有很多人是在其他地方工作，或者是失业的。但是具体情况是怎么样，题目没有具体说明，所以不能推论出来。
D 在北方服务于主要产业（oil elds and tourism）的比例比南方高。这个可以算一下，north=（1/3）/（1/2）> south (1/6）/（1/2）所以这个是对的
E oil elds 虽然不是主要的旅游景点，但是还是会有小部分的旅游者会去旅游。这个文中没有提到。
